Police said, after initially turning down medical treatment, the woman was later treated at Interfaith Medical Center. A police source said the victim sustained a cut to her neck, bruising, and swelling to both eyes.

Police said the attacker is about 30 years old and 5’8″ with a medium build; he wore his hair in black dreads with a mustache and chin hair.

According to authorities. The suspect was last seen wearing a black ball cap with a rose design on the front and was clad in a black t-shirt, shorts, and sneakers.
