The Steve Harvey Morning Show discusses the validity of George Foreman’s sexual assault accusers. Boxing legend George Foreman is being sued by two women claiming he raped them when they were teenagers back in the 1970s. The two women filed the lawsuit in LA Superior Court, suing Foreman for $25,000,000, said Shirley Strawberry.

Foreman has denied the allegations saying, “Over the past six months, two women have been trying to extort millions of dollars each from me and my family. They falsely claim that I sexually abused them over 45 years ago, in the 1970s. I adamantly and categorically deny these allegations and will work with my lawyers to expose my future schemes and defend myself. I don’t pick fights, but I don’t run away from them either.”

Harvey said according to political correctness, these women are automatically victims. However, suppose, hypothetically, these women have gotten together and concocted this story to get some money. Harvey wanted to know what would happen to the women if he was found innocent, and there was no way to charge or fine him.

Strawberry said usually, what happens in these situations is if Foreman is found innocent, the story goes away; however, because he is famous, people will always associate him with this scandal. However, if a person is trying to extort an individual, there is a charge for that, added Strawberry.

Harvey said there are people in this world who are looking for a get-rich-quick scheme and an easy way to make money. They may take advantage of the “me too” movement and the large payouts some accusers have received recently, he added. “You never know.”

“I just find it curious that 45 years later, these two girls come together, and it’s George Foreman,” said Harvey.
